This is because of my bad experience with the installation crew and the lack of response.
Don't use champion for roofing
We were disappointed with the installation crew not paying attention to detail and the quality work. They even damaged 3 different parts of our home but while they did fix it, it was quite a process.
At first he was good. I called to reschedule and I was jokingly told that Bob would take me out to dinner, which i thought was very inappropriate. The crew was a no call no show. I was told they would be sending a big crew, the big crew was 2 guys, they were able to get 4 windows in. We were told 2-3 weeks,but it took 6 weeks. They charged my credit card without my permission and had no discount, which I was told I would get.They were a no call, no show. They said it would take 2-3 weeks but it took 6 weeks. We contracted for replacement windows, siding and gutter/downspout replacement. Champions completed the windows and siding in a timely manner and the workmanship was excellent. Champions then charged our credit card on file for the full amount without our consent, have not completed the gutter/downspout replacement AND have not returned any of our telephone calls for two weeks.
Our previous experiences with Champion are what drove us to call them this time. Our salesman was great but the installer was awful. He came out on a Saturday (not by our request) and proceeded to complain that he was out on a Saturday. The caulking is uneven & sloppy. The side panels on the glass block windows were immediately bowed & cut too short.
