The staff has been truly amazing with my girl. It was a long 2 weeks in resolving her issue but my husband and I are truly grateful for everyone's work in saving her.

My pup returned to CVRC today for treatment for bloody stool. The ER vet Dr. Luce was extremely thorough and also discussed some other issues of concern with me regarding my geriatric pup. Everyone here is knowledgable, caring, and takes plenty of time with each patient. They are open 24/7. This is a wonderful emergency clinic!

I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. When I first moved here I used them for my dog Stew. They helped me get him back on track after a stomach ulcer . One year later I had to rush my beloved Wally in . Tracy and Karrie have been helping my 16 year old dachshund mix, Ladybug, for several weeks now. They have been very kind and caring - especially in the beginning when my Ladybug could not stand or use her back legs. I thought for sure that my otherwise healthy girl would need to be put down. They gave me hope and - wow - they brought it to fruition!!! Ladybug now walks, hops, and nips and our bigger dogs when they ignore her. Thank you ladies, from the bottom of my heart!
I've had to bring three pets here because one of my other pets caused them harm. Not his fault. Just pets being pets. Each time they were well taken care of and examined here while I waited out in the car (for social distancing reasons). No complaints luckily, unlike others who have written on here. They've taken care of my pets and have been very professional. If another emergency came up, I'd feel safe taking them back here again.

We had a sick dog, took her here and they took good care of her. It ended up she had lyme. Price was high to get her taken care of but it is a emergency place. I just wish they told me it would take 3 hours, instead of waiting we would have run some errands

Can not recommend enough. They were helpful, kind, and so accommodating. My baby wagged her tail and smiled for the first time in 4 days after being extremely sick. I was so relived and thankful they are the best
We have had so many excellent experiences with CVRC its hard to count. In the last two years we've had two dogs diagnosed with difficult diseases. Every time they had to be hospitalized, Cvrc has given the the best care possible. The staff is supper friendly and helpful and the Doctors are highly competent and extremely empathetic. Emergency services are expensive, but they always give us low and high estimates and have never pressured us into anything and have always given us all options and choices available with treatment... read more
Excellent experience. The staff made a difficult situation a lot better. They even called to follow up with the recovery of my little buddy.
