The vet tech Morgan was amazing. She made Nahla and myself included feel more confident and helped us look on the positive side of the IVDD surgery. Morgan treated Nahla with love, patience, and comforted her when I was unable to do so. I walked into the vet feeling sad and depressed. The most competent, friendly, efficient and professional staff of any emergency care facility in the state. I tried going to another emergency facility and it just didn't compare. I go a lot farther just to have my pets treated here. They are always transparent with the cost in advance. Before treatment, I always have a clear understanding as to what will be done and why.
