We had an outstanding experience with this specialty vet. How they cared for our dog was definitely five star. Everyone we encountered was caring and gracious. Our dog was so comfortable and calm. Even the pet could detect the competence of the team. She knew she was in great hands. And we are so grateful to have them as a trusted and skilled resource

I can't recommend the Charleston veterinary referral enough. They help me through some pretty intense scares with my sweet dog Aiden, and ultimately help me make his end-of-life decision. I will be forever grateful for the kindness that they showed him and showed me. The quality of care is unparalleled.

Everyone was kind, professional and extremely helpful. They diagnosed & clearly explained what was wrong with my fur baby and even called a few days afterwards to see if she was better and asked if I had any additional questions. Excellent experience all around and I highly recommend.

The staff at Charleston Veterinary put me and my husband at ease during the entire process of Cannon's procedure. We felt very comfortable in the knowledge of the surgeons, Dr.'s, and the rest of the staff. During such a stressful time we always felt they had our best interest. We never felt rushed or that our dog was not top priority. We would recommend to any pet owner.

The staff has been truly amazing with my girl. It was a long 2 weeks in resolving her issue but my husband and I are truly grateful for everyone's work in saving her.

My pup returned to CVRC today for treatment for bloody stool. The ER vet Dr. Luce was extremely thorough and also discussed some other issues of concern with me regarding my geriatric pup. Everyone here is knowledgable, caring, and takes plenty of time with each patient. They are open 24/7. This is a wonderful emergency clinic!

I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. When I first moved here I used them for my dog Stew. They helped me get him back on track after a stomach ulcer . One year later I had to rush my beloved Wally in . He sadly was diagnosed with aggressive lymphoma: However, DR RENNER AND HER WHOLE STAFF, have been nothing but kind, patient and loving toward my ginormous pain in the butt lab. He huge, strong and not the easiest to work with. ( doesn't bite) just unruly in there!!!! He is going through chemo, he is in... read more

Tracy and Karrie have been helping my 16 year old dachshund mix, Ladybug, for several weeks now. They have been very kind and caring - especially in the beginning when my Ladybug could not stand or use her back legs. I thought for sure that my otherwise healthy girl would need to be put down. They gave me hope and - wow - they brought it to fruition!!! Ladybug now walks, hops, and nips and our bigger dogs when they ignore her. Thank you ladies, from the bottom of my heart!

I've had to bring three pets here because one of my other pets caused them harm. Not his fault. Just pets being pets. Each time they were well taken care of and examined here while I waited out in the car (for social distancing reasons). No complaints luckily, unlike others who have written on here. They've taken care of my pets and have been very professional. If another emergency came up, I'd feel safe taking them back here again.
