Can not recommend enough. They were helpful, kind, and so accommodating. My baby wagged her tail and smiled for the first time in 4 days after being extremely sick. I was so relived and thankful they are the best
We have had so many excellent experiences with CVRC its hard to count. In the last two years we've had two dogs diagnosed with difficult diseases. Every time they had to be hospitalized, Cvrc has given the the best care possible. The staff is supper friendly and helpful and the Doctors are highly competent and extremely empathetic. Emergency services are expensive, but they always give us low and high estimates and have never pressured us into anything and have always given us all options and choices available with treatment... read more
Excellent experience. The staff made a difficult situation a lot better. They even called to follow up with the recovery of my little buddy.
What an amazing resource for the fur kids. Cardiologist Dr. Jesty was excellent to work with. Her exam of our senior dog for extreme cough was thorough. We were happy to find the problem wasn't cardio and also confirmed her lungs were good. It's a progression of age related trachea collapse. Everyone was efficient and professional and Dr. Jesty is an excellent communicator.
I took my dog Maggie to the hospital earlier this evening. She is a very skittish dog, and not easy to work with if she doesn't know you. The doctor we saw and the staff that helped us were all so patient, understanding, and helpful. I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Maggie is now on the mend thanks to this hospital.
Professional and efficient. We took our dog to the ER and were impressed with the quality of vets and nurses and the frequency with which they updated on our dog's condition.
Dr. Shomper gave Bacon and myself undivided attention during our appointment. He was patient and answered all of my questions without judgement. I am so happy with the quality of care we received and would recommend this place to anyone.
I'm impressed with every little thing about CRVC. Most importantly, I feel like my dog is getting excellent care and I trust Dr. Jesty. The entire staff displays nothing but professionalism and everyone I have encountered seems to genuinely care about my dog. Outstanding service. We've had 2 surgeries and now weeks of physical therapy! Dr. Seibert is an amazing surgeon. From day 1 she explained everything in full detail and made us feel comfortable about putting our dog through a major surgery. We've returned for sessions of physical therapy with Katie, and our dog loves it! We even had a nice tour of the physical therapy department before we started. Overall amazing care from everyone at the front desk, the vet technicians, and veterinarians!
