The Doctors here seem to really care and do everything they can for the pets! They quickly and efficiently tried to find a diagnosis for my pup, and ensure his comfort throughout. I understand it's difficult to manage so many animals, especially ones requiring medical attention. My only suggestion is maybe to take the animals out a little more, not sure what happened in my particular situation but my pup came home covered in feces.

While the experience I had with Charleston Veterinary Referral Center were due to needing to bring my cat in to the emergency side of their hospital - the service I received was above and beyond. I brought my cat, Bella, in for two separate hospitalizations. Both times I was blown away by the compassion and empathy I was shown by all members of the staff. The vet tech Morgan was amazing. She made Nahla and myself included feel more confident and helped us look on the positive side of the IVDD surgery. Morgan treated Nahla with love, patience, and comforted her when I was unable to do so. I walked into the vet feeling sad and depressed. They took care of our Yorkie very well. We though he had swallowed a dime they took X-rays and it turned out he didn't. They gave me options to follow up and took very good care of him. Very thankful for the services. Made me feel at ease and my pet in good hands
