Get directionsStaff, doctors really care about my dog. They are detailed in their explanations and provide lots of support and follow up after visits.
The staff was helpful and understanding from the first time I called Everything was done well. Everyone handled my worry so so well
Sadly, although an exam for an ear infection was negative, my Shih Tzu had infections in both ears and required an Rx to treat. Very nice people, incorrect diagnosis, had to see regular vet after holiday weekend.
I loved you guys!!! Everyone was very personable and professional. Totally calmed my fears during an emergency situation. It was awesome speaking with the vet, she was so thorough and went above and beyond making me feel comfortable. The receptionist was so nice and fun and kept my mind off my baby. Thank y'all so much. Boomer is absolutely fine because of you!
CVRC has always been a blessing to this side of town. It is more expensive than people expect for Vetrinary care but it's the price one pays for quality care. I do wish they'd drop these "covid" protocols as they are a terrible inconvenience, especially now that we're finding out so much of the hype was unwarranted. If a person sneezed, they had covid. It's a virus and there is no cure for a virus. But getting back on point, I do know that your Surgery Dept is tops!
On Father's Day, my husband and I had to put our very loved dog Roxy to sleep. She had fallen several times, had cancer and was just not doing well. The entire crew there made us feel loved, cared about and Roxy was comfortable. It was the hardest decision we had to make in our lives but no one there pushed us. They listened, offered different opinions and helped us. The phone call the next day from the people who picked her up made it even better. This place not only cares about happy alive pets but pets who are sick.... read more
This veterinary hospital is absolutely the best. Everyone is so compassionate and patient. They listen intently to your concerns and then follow through with extensive and thorough examination and treatment. I am so pleased with every aspect of this journey! Treated my fur baby and me with love and compassion! Dr. Seibert , orthopedic surgeon, was awesome!
From beginning to end this was the best experience one could have. Amy, Sarah, Dr. Rissetto and Lacy, answered all our questions and did not leave until all was answered. You should not attempt to go elsewhere for pet treatment.
Dr Rissetto was outstanding! Our dog had a malignant tumor on her foot. Very touch area to get it all. She explained all our options very clearly. Very companionate. Very thorough. The whole staff was great from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for oncology. It's also a 24 hr emergency hospital. I hope to never need them for that but I'm sure if I do they'll be great.
