After having lived abroad for more than a decade, I returned to the US and made the decision to purchase a condo in San Francisco. I highly recommend Chris Pessy. During my home purchase, Chris had outstanding follow up, and kept me in the loop at every stage. The deal was a little tricky, and Chris made me aware of the problems, and worked overtime to find the right lender to get the deal done at terms that were very desirable. I've worked with Chris exclusively since 2007 when I bought my place at 2nd & Townsend. He's still my go-to guy and always answers my questions, even when I'm just kicking the tires on refinancing.
