I've worked with Chris on 5 mortgages and he has delivered above and beyond on all of them. They have been complex investment properties, 1031 exchanges, and my primary residence. He is so good I have followed him from bank to bank a few times. When we were up against deadlines he was working very late in the evening and on weekends to make sure escrow didn't slip a day.
