Chris and his team are on top of it and make it very easy for their clients. Chris has vast knowledge in this field and goes out of his way to make it as seamless as possible. I just completed my second refinance with him and threw a couple kinks (from my end) into the mix and the team was able to run with them and get me closed on time. This is exactly why I am a repeat client and will continue to use the Pessy team on any future mortgage needs. 5 stars all the way.

I was referred to Chris by my tax guy. Chris is amazing. He made the application process super simple and kept in contact the whole way with timelines, next steps, etc. When he says, "don't worry, I've got it from here", he really means it. We turned to Chris Pessy all the way from San Diego, CA, when our local lender couldn't close our purchase loan on a new home. It was crunch time and Chris was able to close the loan in weeks. Better yet, around 18 months later Chris "called us" and notified us rates were at historic lows. He refinanced our home with a new 30 year fixed rate loan and saved us hundreds each month.

Chris Pessy was recommended through an agent I was working with. I was in the market to lower my current mortgage interest and also pull some cash out as a step in purchasing additional properties or do some upgrades in our condo. Chris came to me from as a referral from a co-worker some 8 years ago and he continues to reach out to me when economic conditions change or interest rates go down with ideas.Chris has helped me with home purchases, refinances and equity loans.He's super responsive and quick to text, phone call or email.
