Chris Pessy and team were top notch. He found a loan for us for a problem property. We had talked to other lenders and always assured we had a loan. Loans never came to be. Chris found a lender for us within a short time and closed within the normal time frame. We were always kept in the loop, no surprises. I highly recommend him.
Chris and team helped find us a deal despite our complicated background (we're not US citizens, and have a history of relocations across Europe and Asia), and then diligently supported us in a lengthy application process. We've completed two refinance transactions with Chris in the last three years. Both times the situation was quite complex (we are non-US citizens but live here, and I am self-employed - this greatly limits the pool of mortgage companies we can work with), but Chris and the team worked incredibly hard to find us a deal and get us over the finish line. Very prompt responses, and relentless hard work. I don't think we'd have our home without them.
