Chris and his team helped us with a refinance of an investment property in San Francisco. This was a particularly difficult renovation in that my wife and I own several other investment properties and derive our income from a business that we are the sole owners of. In short, this wasn't a straightforward refinance. Throughout the process, Chris was patient, responsive, and always our advocate. I would strongly recommend him.
There's no rating category for "honesty," which is where Chris comes up short. When we transacted with him, he added charges on the final terms on the day of signing, when it was extremely difficult to stop or back out of the deal. When confronted about this, he merely said he needs to make his money somehow. There's a multitude of options out there, no reason to give you money to someone dishonest.
Chris recently assisted me with a refinance of a loan he had done for me several years ago. He's always very courteous, responsive and helpful.
