I'd been working on my credit for a while to get a cash out refi loan as a down payment for an investment. Unfortunately I went to someone other than Chris and lost 2 months with a lender that couldn't be bothered to work on my loan (didn't even pull credit, which was good). Chris and his team (team approach moves things along though Chris is available if you need him) got me a fair rate and we cashed out much more than we anticipated due to a higher than expected appraisal.
