Such an amazing staff!! Especially Stacy..... she always does a first name greet and is always bubbly. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! The entire gym is always clean and runs so smooth!

This gym is awesome. I starting coming here a couple months ago after my best friend took me to work out with her. I used to be a member of a different gym but cancelled my membership due to multiple factors. When I saw how clean this gym was, that's what immediately sold me. I always had an issue with gyms being dirty & not kept well which is big NO NO for me. I NEED to be in a clean environment especially when it comes to working out. Where can I start! The staff here is top notch. They really get to know you, and they notice when you don't come in for a few weeks (like me). Friendly greeting upon entering and leaving. Both Melissa and Charlie are AWESOME. Chuze is the "IN N OUT" of Fitness, service with a smile. They do an amazing job of keeping the facility spotless, and this location has so much equipment you can use practically whatever you'd like with zero wait time. Cheap at $15/month including annual maintenance fees. Clean facility with modern equipments but can get crowded especially at the weights section

overall gym is good but the music is terrible, the people need good gym music ( Linkin park, 3 doors down, creed, disturbed, slipknot, evanescence, avril lavigne). i was hitting chest with the boys, loaded 225 and then a house remix of sweet Caroline came on and lost all my strength immediately. as soon as the music is improved my review will be back at 5 stars

Yes, it's a gym.... Yes it has new equipment but it feels run down for 2 big reasons. 1.) for the last year I have been paying extra for the add on of the recovery room, in which Chuze shows commercials all the time advertising HYDRO THERAPY. These machines are great, very popular and everyone who pays extra wants this item and this item only. Nothing else..... nobody wants to wrap their legs in gigantic compression boots.... Canceled my membership here after 6 years, I come everyday and every now and then hit boxing pads with my brother. Mind you for years no one said anything never a problem. Today the new GM said it was a problem because it's goes against policy about bringing own equipment. So I guess regular pads and boxing gloves is not ok, mind you we are only doing light padwork . Yeah that's pretty lame if you ask me I'd rather go to a another gym now.

3 free weight racks from 5 to 25 lbs were missing( i mean the group fitness took all of them) members were so pissed off that they or i say we dont have any dumbbell's to use

Been to this gym for over 2 years now. Staffs are absolutely friendly and nice, unfortunately i had a bad experience of one of the member directly went to the front desk and make a complaint about me using the gym accessories for too long. This is frustrate me because he told to the front desk that i am not sharing the accessories, he the guy got the other item to use but its not the same as the one he had ( i think he wanted the same pair to used).
