They need better customer service . ASAP The sheets of one of the beds was dirty with blood, I make a complaint and the front desk, told me was my blood, and I don’t have any cut or nothing, or any of my family does, she was rude, plus the TV didn’t work at all, they never come to fix it. She was with bad attitude, and telling me maybe I did something wrong with the tv she make me so mad. Because since we arrive the TV never worked. Plus with a bloody dirty sheets was disgust The casino and the kids games was pretty good.

Disappointed It just was not a comfortable bed,the food was awful at the casino across the street because it was 8:00 pm and the restaurants were closed or closing on a Thursday. I won't return. .The receptionist

great place for kids.!! dislike our room, bed wasn’t comfortable as the price stay, pillows was hard as a rock, All the front staff was great.!!
