Jim and his team have been awesome to work with. They are responsive and efficient and they communicate so well that I'm never left wondering what's going on with my rentals. I would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible communication, especially when it came to questions around financials. Negligence when it came to handling critical work orders, security deposits, and ensuring delivery of maintenance. Go here if you want to lose money and spend time trying to figure out why.

This has been a very negative experience. I sent a message approx 2 weeks prior to moving there had been a change with our circumstances and we needed to check into options that we will not need a 2 bedroom My son spoke to Dori who informed him we would receive our deposit back but it will take a year to get it back. I sent a inquiry who had Dori call us, telling me well you must have been mistaken and your son certainly misunderstood me. You will get it back after the one year lease if you move. Sheila went above and beyond by making sure our tenants were still getting good customer service when we were unable to complete repairs due to an accident. We have always prided ourselves in providing quick response times to tenants and when we couldn't ensure the repair was going to get completed, Sheila stepped in and coordinated everything for us and made sure our tenant was taken care of and took the stress away from me knowing she was really on top of it.
