Working with Clarity for a year now, they are working for ********** *********. This has been one of the worst experiences between never received updates. Having to call and no one knows the status of my account. Waiting for someone to get back with answers that never does. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Clarity approached us at a time where we had a lot of debt due to multiple surgeries, car problems and other unexpected financial hardships. As others have said, their whole approach was to make it seem like we were getting a loan to pay off our debt and then we would pay them off.What they neglected to mention was that our credit score,which was actually decent (close to 700) when we started would get destroyed and that our debtors may seek legal action against us when we stop paying our monthly payments. Do not choose this business at all costs. This company is a Scam and they do not have your best interest at heart. Their customer service is horrendous, the only people that seem to give good info are the ones selling the program but then you realized it was all lies. I started this program on november last year thinking this was a good way to settle my debts of 5 of my credit cards. after 7 months of paying they only settled one of my credit cards and they paid themselves first only paying 100 for the first year of the sett... read more

Scammers. I signed up and they received the first payment two weeks ago and I have tried to talk to someone for two weeks with no response. I have emailed, left voice mails, left return numbers and not one response. I still get calls from my creditors they are supposed to handling. I told my bank to reverse the charge and they are fraudulent. I now have a bunch of 30 day lates on my credit report. I'd like to sue this company.

Poor Communication Had to Call Creditors Myself Nearly a year with Clarity and still chasing basic updates. One settlement wasnt met and had to be renegotiated I found out from my creditor, not from Clarity. Multiple calls, messages, and promised follow-ups never happened. Im still missing proof one account was resolved. Very frustrating experience.

I got scammed by Mitigity which signed me up for Clarity Debt Resolution. They assured me that I was signing up for a CONSOLIDATION LOAN rather than debt relief. They spoke to me weekly while I got further and further behind and my credit tanked. There was never a loan at all, it was straight up debt relief. I had a perfect payment history and 4 months into this program my credit is in shambles and only 1 of 9 accounts settled, with most of my monthly payment going towards incredibly high fees. I finally reached someone and was told by 2 people that it was successfully cancelled and no money would be taken from my account. I asked for an email and letter in the mail stating it is cancelled.
