Please reconsider doing any business with this company. I was told I would mot be charged anything until the girst debt was settled. They lied and have been using my money for all sorts of fees. I put in over $1000.00s and had $155 in my account when I checked it. This is a scam! I asked for a refund for the entire amount snd was refunded $155. When they sell you the program, everything is peaches and cream.they speak beautifully to you, with respect and they do explain it to you, in an alluring way.but I cancelled even before the contract started and respect went out the window.cancelling was next to impossible, took 40 minutes of them trying to convince to stay.luckily, I cancelled before they even took any money, I cannot imagine trying to get a ***** back from this company.I was called names when they realized their attempts to convince me where not successful.... read more

I had account with Clarity in the beginning it was good I was off of work for a few days I asked if they could suspend my account. I was told yes,No money would be taken from my account. Friday come they took the full amount of $356. Which overdrafted my account I called customer service they put it back in my account. My wife and I had been attempting to get a personal loan so we could consolidate our debt and help make a dent in it and really make our money work. The company that we had applied through did not approve us for a loan but told us about a debt consolidation program. I was lied to about their process. I would have never signed a contract that could land me in court before handling any of my debt! I was told that ****** days after no payments were made that negations would begin. IT'S BEEN ALMOST 7 MONTHS. And i had a ******* show up at my house today with a court summons. Clarity Debt Resolutions has negotiated only 2 resolutions, and with the removal of another, my payment should have gone down. Instead it has been notably increased to a level I cannot afford. This company is hurting me, not helping me with debt.
