it was an ugly experience
I paid $1200 for them to keep bats out that were never getting in bit of a lie a $1200 lie they just played dumb
Technician evaluated our problem with mice and placed traps in strategic places. Said he will follow up by contacting the Clark person who installed the garage seal/strip. That person, however, has not contacted us.
Had dead rat in attic; called for assistance; got prompt service from our regular tech Brent Ginn. Brent also informed us that we'd get a free month's service for referring our neighbor, and he also informed us we were being overcharged by about $15 per visit and that this was being rectified. How could I not be satisfied?
I do not like having to sign up for a one-year contract. If Clark continues that policy I will find another company for my pest control needs.
We, unfortunately, were hosting a rat. Clark came, set a trap and removed the problem.
Had a critter trapped in garage on a Saturday. Clark sent someone to dispose of it within an hour. I needn't have worried about perhaps having to wait until Monday.
They do not do spray some specialty area. such as spray at the fence and crabgrass .
Disappointed we lost our service technician and were never notified We haven’t had the same service since. I miss the communication. We will probably cancel and use another company
