"Miss leading" I pulled up larry hill website and they had 2016 Nissan versa for sale for $8900 called for complete price and they said they couldn't sale for that price it would be $11,000 cause it was in rocky face Nc. I can buy brand new 2017 for that. I bought a 2010 focus from larry hill when he owned it. These new owner's will not get my business due to miss leading and jacking up price. Go into details on there website before you call about a call it could be in different state!!!

"service department" I recently bought a Ford edge from Larry Hill recently had a small problem with my car took it to the service department spoke to Scott Burkart service manager told them the problem I thought I was having with the car and he and a mechanic Mark Anderson looked at my problem it wasn't what I thought was when I was very persistent they took it back apart again they were very polite and courteous but find out it was just me it's one of think you're right and ever body else is wrong but find out I was wrong ... read more

"6 hour wait for service" arrived at 730 to have issue on vehicle with 27000 miles, was told it would be noon before it could be looked at. They do not do appointments. 10 cars lined up when I arrived. MAKE APPOINTMENTS and stick to them Larry Hill. Not happy with dealer service dept.

"Vehicle Service " Everyone was Nice and informed. Ron told me about the new recalls on my Escape that I did not know about. Ron also told me about what months the parts would be in for my new recall.

"Tell me the total up front..." I took my vehicle in because the check engine light came on. Also was due for an oil change so I figured we could get it all done at once. When the service center called to explain what needed done (new part) my husband asked how much we would owe and was given a total, When we picked up the vehicle, our total was almost $100 more because the oil change and diagnostic fee were not included in the "total" we were given. $65 diagnostic fee to plug a computer in? "Warranty no warranty " I had a good experience up to the financing part when I was told the truck did not have factory warranty when originally I was told that it had 18000 miles with 18000 miles left on the factory warranty. This was an error on Brandon's part but he accepted responsibility. His manager on the other hand (Mike) who agreed with the warranty statement did not. All in all I got frustrated and left. I did decide to purchase the truck after all but it was due to Brandon's Customer service.

"Tried to bait and switch " I needed a used car in the $6,000-7,000 range for my son. The website showed about 60 cars below that price, so I drove the 20 miles or so to the dealership. When I arrived, I was told the cheapest car on the lot was about $12,000. All of the less expensive cars were at different dealers, some in different states. "Service Dept unreliable " Your service Dept is terrible I had a car with a recall came down the service manager took my information was supposed to call when parts came never got the call came in on another issue with a work vehicle so ask about my car they lost my information set it up to come at the end of that week came and they didn't have me down this is my daughters car so I'm very upset about BUT you had a employee name Jerry Johnson who step up and took care of me if not for him I was gonna get on social media and l... read more

"Slow service" Made appt for oil change and tire rotation still took over 2 hours. Worse than a doctor office. Why make an appt? People were nice but service slow
