"I visited Larry Hill Ford because of their radio ads..." I visited Larry Hill Ford because of their radio ads claiming to sell at invoice. They priced their vehicle at invoice as advertised but offered me less than half the value of my trade. I used KBB, Edmunds, and NADA to value my vehicle and based on this research my trade was valued between $10k and $12.4k and I was offered $5k for my trade. I do not plan to return to this dealer.

The only problem I encountered was the $399.50 processing fee that the dealer charged. I felt the add on Cars.com should have indicated that this fee was going to be added. In dealing with Bill he agreed to have that taken care of, which he did. Problem is, the paint did not match. I took the car back and Bill agreed that it needed to be repainted.
