"adequate" Brought Escape in several weeks ago for a no start condition. Replaced battery prior to visit. Charged $ for deductible of service plan. Replaced alternator. Not fixed. Wife and daughter stranded. Not a happy camper.We'll see how this turns out. .update. Went back 03/23. Got me in early. Took a couple of hours, but found a loose ground wire. "Really Disappointed. " Normally I do not write negative reviews, but this has been a really negative experience. We have never paid this much for a vehicle, always bought used (really used) and drove them forever, taken good care of them. However, we decided to buy (not brand new), but close. So far, we were told the tires were brand new, and found out they were not. "never again!!" Liars! If I had $100,000 to spend I wouldn't ever go here again! I was told to bring my trade in even after I told him there was a knocking in the motor. I told him I may have it towed in he said that's fine just get it here. When I got there he asked me to drive it in because it would look better. I got it to the turn in and they had to pull it into the lot with a truck. Then was told there was nothing they could do to help me. "salesman wouldn't respond" I went in Saturday Feb 21st. I was immediately pressured in buying. I left with intentions of coming back and buying. My blood sugar dropped & needed to eat. I hard the salesman phone number & sales manager. I text on Monday & never got a response about my trade in. I bought another vehicle today from another dealer in Cleveland. You lost a customer who has purchased several vehicles there. I won't anymore.!
"Charges" I had never been charged Sales Tax on labor before . The bill had sales tax charges on the entire 400.00 bill when parts were only 143.00 . In the past I have only been charged sales tax on the parts never labor . I said something but got no where ???????I trade cars fairly often and have been looking at the new mustangs but I would not trust this dealership now . "unhappy with service center, four of us tried to get somethi" When I first bought my Altama it was used 2009 but in great shape and clean. Every time I put the brakes on it squealed and I took it back, they claimed moister in the brakes. Moister everyday and sometimes it got quieter, but never went away.
