"Service center caused a problem and could never fix it. " I purchased my current car a little over 2 months before I had the first service on the vehicle. It came around the time for the car to be serviced, and my mom always got her VW Jetta serviced there, so I thought I'd take my Kia Spectra to have a regular service. "Bad customer service and lies" Everyone I've encountered at Larry Hill Ford has passed the buck, blaming someone else for "misinformation" (lies), and apologizing for others' "mistakes," but empty apologies don't rectify a bad situation. Not one person there that has told me they'd call me back has ever followed through, and when I call them, I'm always brushed off and told again that someone will call me back. "to busy" I stopped by twice in a three week time span and asked service department to get the code for my door keypad. The first time I was told all of their computers were being used at the time and I would have to come back later. I didn't mind that. The second time I came in I was told that they could do it but it would take about 15 minutes and they had to much paperwork to close out due to it being Friday afternoon and asked me if I would come back on Monday. "False promises" bought a vehicle from the import store which started having issues from day one. I was told by Lisa that it couldn't be fixed til it started happening more frequently and was sent away. Once the problem got worse, they just wanted to charge me for the work to be done even though I brought it to their attention right away. Avoid this dealership they will sell you a lemon and try to falsify information

No they did not and they sent me away. I'm having the vehicle fixed by hi tech transmission. Larry hill ford will never have my business again. I was lied to from day one about the reason the engine light was on and would be cleared for me before I bought it. I believe these problems were already known and tried to be covered up.

"Bad dealer policies, will not trade again here" I just purchased a used car for my child, paid cash. Still had to submit a credit application, several ridiculous forms, the one that just about made me get up and walk was for three references. I told the salesman that this just about did it for me. Then the sales manager got pushy trying to get me to trade my Ford F150 (that I also bought from them). I told him emphatically "Not interested" but he kept on. "New Ford Explorer Purchase" Recently purchased a Ford Explorer. The salesman Richard and Kevin were great to work with. Not a very good experience with the service department when I had to get a few small things fixed, I was told it would be more than an hours wait due to the service department taking lunch. "Did not waste my time " Just told the salesman what I could do and the rest was up to him and in a couple of days and tries he had a deal we both could live with ! And that is how it should be no HAGELING

"Competent sale staff" Sales Staff were knowledgeable, and did what they said they would do. The car was as advertised. Upon delivery of the car, however, I found it to be less than clean. I was told that it would be washed and the interior would be clean, but I found to be barely vacuumed inside, and the outside still quite dirty-especially the wheels and door posts and sills.

Mr McFarland, the payment on the window was figured at 84 months with your t t and l due at signing. Although you put $2000 cash down and $3000 was trade in value even with your credit score, the rate came back higher then expected on that vehicle, so Kevin De Sena bought the rate down, and gave you some products for your money so you where not paying back just interest.
