"2010 Ford Fusion" Good experience buying a used car. Kept the mickey mouse to a minimum and got the price I wanted. This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from Larry Hill Ford.
"Review " I am new to the Cleveland area. I moved here because of the beautiful mountains and rivers. I have been thinking of possibly getting a second vehicle that is sporty and will allow me to explore some of the backs roads and terrain that east Tennessee has to offer. "New car buyer" Buyer beware! I was charged much more than the advertised price on the windshield. Look at your paperwork carefully before signing on the lines. Once they have your money they'll let you know the deal is done. You will pay more if you have good credit verses letting them burn you through Ford Motor Credit. They will NEVER sell me another car or anyone I know. Trust me when I say "find another dealership".
"Rude rude RUDE" As I drove into Larry Hill's parking lot it looked like a great place to buy a car. There was sign that said "construction sale" and the place was under construction. As I sat in my car I trying to figure out where to park, I noticed a group of salesmen sitting in a gazibo. They were all staring at me, pointing, and nudging each other. My only disappointmant was with majdi awad. When we closed, he added a $700.00 oil change plan which I will most likely never use. "Traveling south on vacation, when vehicle started making..." Traveling south on vacation, when vehicle started making noises. Pulled into Larry Hill Imports around 7:30 at night. Mike Fulkerson contacted Clyde Sheets, service manager at Larry Hill Ford at home and made arrangements to have car inspected first thing in morning. "The first salesman we encountered actually stood in front..." The first salesman we encountered actually stood in front of our car until I rolled down the window to talk.
