I purchased my vehicle from a dealer ship a little over 3 years ago and opted to buy the extended warranty thru CNA. I have had to utilize the coverage on a number of occasions and have yet to be dissatisfied. I have only ever had to pay for a battery and on a couple occasions where I didn't use the dealership service ***** the deductible for repairs which is very reasonable. Where should I start. CNA gave me great service!! My vehicle needed a new engine, after inspection they covered the replacement, and paid for a rental car. When the estimated date for the parts were extended they extended my rental a few days. After having my car for a week it started cutting off. I returned it to dealer and found out it was a sensor. I only paid my deductible each time. Praise God the warranty covered it and a rental car. I encourage anyone to purchase their warranty for great service!!

Dealer accepted the warranty and did the work. I would give 5 stars but I was told if the repair required the next step (air bag stuff) that would not be covered. However the first repair was covered and Im glad it did not require the extra repairs.

So far so good. I had a problem with my car and it was repaired promptly. I was okay to take it to a different dealer closer to home. They had it done in 2 days and lent me a car to use. No one tried to weasel their way out of the repair, no long list of questions. I told them the symptoms, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Thank goodness for CNA. We purchased a CNA complete wrap warranty when we purchased our new truck. The transmission malfunctioned after only three years, but after the factory warranty. I contacted CNA and they are very easy to work with and they covered all the necessary repairs and even found the necessary parts through their own string of distributors. The dealership had been unable to find the necessary parts. Once the process was started I was back on the road within two weeks. Great company, great customer ************... read more
