CNA and Leith CDJR of Aberdeen N.C. took care of me and my truck with out any problem . Great service and people.
We had a wonderful experience for all of the six years under our warranty. The service requests were handl quickly and courteously. We were more than pleased with the coverage! Had to use coverage for several times and only had for pay my deductible. Twice was provided rental vehicles. We have absolutely no complaints. It was worth the money and performed better than we expected it would.

Initially had issues with a TERRIBLE claims adjuster- Sarah- bad attitude, sarcastic, not knowledgeable or helpful. If you don't like customer service - get out of the customer service job! I fortunately called back and received GREAT service from claims adjuster Seth who promptly helped me complete my claim and resolve any questions I had. He was very professional and followed up also. Glad I had the policy and thanks to Seth for his help.

The dealership wasn't any help.so I contacted CNA directly and they took care of everything. I am glad I got the warranty.

I had to make a 5 star review after my experience with Ron Coolidge today, to rewind.. i had made several calls into the dept. to get assistance and i must have talked to 5-6 other individuals that seemed like they had good intensions but in the end just didn't help me solve my issue and i was left with unresolved.
