The service i was given was immediate and warranty was totally honored. Nothing more could be asked for I was amazed.
CNA did a quick and efficient job in processing my claim. Once I found a replacement part, they were contacted and approved repair.

I have heard of many warranty companies that try to eek out every ***** of every client they have. CNA has been a very pleasant company to work with. They took care of my issue with my front axel and there were no unexpected costs.

CNA was responsive, clear in their communication and easy to deal with. They upheld the premium tire contract warranty with no hesitation. Full reimbursement despite the tires having 50K miles as the contract stated. I am so glad I bought this warranty four years ago when I bought the car. Well worth it! I highly recommend CNA for a warranty.

I got my 2011 **** Edge with 58K miles and so far CNA has repaired quite a few costly items, from Drive Shaft, and Axel to Timing Chain and they have paid for a good portion plus allowed for a rental (but I never did rent due to VAC timing and Car repair timing). I'd recommend them to others!
I think they took care of us so far, covered car rental for 5 days while our car was in the shop, and I think covered the cost fairly so far.
I've had numerous problems from calipers to wheel bearings! Cna has been there for **** paid little out of pocket.I highly recommended CNA to all my friends and family.
