Excellent customer service! As someone heavily trained in delivering quality customer service, the support I received from the support team felt reassuring, and like someone actually cared about helping resolve the situation. I felt much happier after the conversation to the extent I emailed the customer support rep positive feedback related to our interaction. Great experience! Probably the best and honest warranty provider that I have run into in my 50 years of owning a vehicle with extended warrnty service. I have been an automotive engineer for over 40 years and well versed in auto repairs. The claim was approved almost within hours, and even my $100 deductible was waived as I took it to the dealer who sold me the vehicle and the warranty. I have 2 vehicles with this CNA Warranty and I have been recommending this to my family and friends. I would buy it again. Need I say more? ... read more
Quickly processed my claim and replaced all four tires. Painless and lived up to the agreement. Hesitate buying warranties like this as they rarely ever pay with all the “disclaimers”. Had none of that with CNA. Will definitely do business again with them and have confidence that if it is backed by CNA then they will stand behind their warranties.

I am the owner of a 2011 *** ****that I took in for a couple of issues to a *** dealership. These issues turned out to be some pretty major issues of which I would have been faced with a bill of thousands of dollars personally had I not had this warranty. All were covered, albeit with some back and forth on one of the issues. However, in the end I was left to pay the deductible and the cost of a hose that was determined as wear and tear.
