After almost 10 years, my car needed an ABS pump ($1800!). CNA covered it without any hassles or issues. The repair shop dealt directly with them, so all I had to do was pay the deductible. I highly recommend CNA for extended warranty coverage.

I would like to reach out and express my gratitude to Erin Johnson. I have done a large amount of extended warranty work with your company in the past year, and I can honestly say that she is the first person I have encountered that reached out to me to resolve an issue with a ticket without me having to call and inquire about it. Specifically, I had encountered an issue with a claim that another advisor at my shop had filed last week, I called in 3 total times to verify and try to identify what exactly was being covered. When we bought our vehicle we took the tire and wheel warranty. In 12,xxx miles we got a nail at the tread and sidewall (a place that will not take a repair). CNA cheerfully replaced the tire, no problems, no hassle, and right now! Good Deal !
