I chose CNA’s preferred coverage, and so thankful I did. They covered some extensive work my SUV needed. They sent a rep to meet my service manager, based on what work was required, and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend CNA coverage.

The A/C in my car went out. It was going to cost over $2,200 to repair. I was so glad I had the extended warranty with CNA. They covered 100% of the cost, not even a deductible. I was very pleased.

Completely painless experience in replacing a defective transfer case unit in my *** ** which would have otherwise put me out north of $6,000. Other than a nominal environmental fee levied by the dealership, everything was covered through the policy. The claim processing, inspection and payment process was handled seamlessly between my dealership and CNA.
