Had an absolutely seamless mechanical repair performed on my Jeep at the dealership and my extended warranty paid most of the charges. Extremely happy with the outcome.

This is my second time buying CNA I had been having a pretty good experience with them, when my car breaks down and the contract covers the type of failure, they approved the dealer to get it fix very quick. Recommended its a peace of mind.

I'm happy to report that I was pleasantly surprised by my first experience using my CNA National Vehicle Service Contract. Dealing with CNA was a pleasure for both myself and the mechanic shop that repaired the ***** little background: The dealership that sold me the warranty is a considerable distance away from my present address and no longer sells my brand of car. Though I had a pleasant experience, the entire process was a bit slow. I am certain the lack of employees due to the current pandemic was a factor. I believe a more expedited review and determination process would be a definite uptick for the company.
