After my car was totaled a few weeks ago by a negligent driver, I contacted CNA for my Gap Insurance. I had several calls, with different people every time, and EVERY single person I spoke with was as helpful, patient, friendly, kind and nice as could be. I purchased my warranty for my new vehicle through a dealership. As always I was leery about extra warranties. I have not yet needed to use the warranty but needed questions answered. Between customer service and underwriting, I was not only answered promptly but given piece of mind that I did the right thing buy purchasing this extended contract. ****** *

Recently purchased the warranty for my SUV and the warranty I purchased from CNA has to be the best purchase I have ever made. My experience with CNA has been nothing less than spectacular. They have went above and beyond my expectations. I have purchased a CNA warranty for both of my vehicles and I can sleep sound knowing I have excellent coverage provided by CNA. Highly recommend this company. The best warranty company out there!

The AC in my 2016 *** ****** stopped working. I'm past the milage for the factory bumper to bumper warranty, so I called CNA. After the automated phone system. A lady answered right away and transferred me to the person that could help answer the questions about my warranty, how to get my vehicle fixed and a rental car if one is needed. Both people I spoke with were polite and knowledgeable.

I have had CNA service agreements on my last 3 cars. In each case it has proven to be a great decision. Their claims department has handled our claims quickly, and fairly.

As a service adviser calling a warranty company I never know what to expect. To sum up my experience; I was very pleased with the outstanding service I received. I worked with both Steve & Ron who were both helpful and personable during the claim process.
