So far so good. I was skeptical of an aftermarket warranty. I have only made one claim, but it was easy and hassle free. Very pleased.

This extended auto warranty was an unexpected blessing. We had 2 major repairs done to our vehicle and all was covered at 100%. Only had to pay the deductible. One of the major repairs was having to replace the engine. We had just bought our used 2013 ****** ***** less than a year and it gave out on us in the middle of the Christmas Season in 2018. I was very skeptical at first, but had a good experience with the dealership previously. I am so glad I bought this warranty, and from this company. CNA was nothing but awesome during the two year warranty period. There was never any hassle with getting the work done at my Nissan dealership, nor was there any hassle in the dealership getting paid. I would recommend CNA for your warranty needs, without reservation.

I purchased the CNA warranty from a dealer who did not want to service the vehicle since it was a different brand than what they normally sell. So I had the vehicle towed to a dealer that sells/services that make. The dealer worked with CNA and they covered all the costs except for the deductible that I was aware of. I was very satisfied. BTW - the problem was a blown engine. CNA replaced it with a brand new engine and not a rebuilt engine. I do think the dealer had some say in the condition of the engine they would install.

I am completely satisfied with how the warranty was applied. The Dealer worked with CNA and I did not have to worry about the cost. I bought my used car from an independent used car lot but checked with the car brands dealer department and they said CNA was the best aftermarket warranty company to work with. So far I am satisfied.

Didn't have an issue with using the warranty service by CNA. The service department of the dealership pretty much took care of everything for me, in regards to dealing with CNA. Just had to pay the deductible portion, and out the door I went to get into my car after repairs were done. If you are looking for an extended warranty on your car, and no real hassle. I'd suggest this company.

have a 2011 Genesis Bought New, Car always maintained by the book sadly have had 4 Major mechanical failures that CNA fixed via the Dealer, 3 or the 4 repairs were around $2500.00, Brake system 2 times, electronics for the other 2. Car has 78K on it. Never a issue with CNA supporting the clams for payment... I paid the 100.00 deductible each time... Gladly Paid. Todays cars are filled with expensive electronics. Best Insurance Ive ever Bought.
