I have been going to Coastal Kids for a long time... I love this office especially Dr. Nylander! She is terrific ,Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative and really listens to my concerns. The Staff is also awesome very friendly and very professional always willing to help! overall great experience. I do recommend.

I think the doctors and the staff are great but I knocked off two stars bc of the time management issues. Every time we visit any coastal kids office, it's about 15 minutes of care and over an hour of waiting. In my opinion, this is not acceptable. I really think this problem could be solved by booking less appointments.

I absolutely love this practice, my children have been patients here since 2007 with my eldest daughter. I have worked medical and the doctor's i worked for recommended this practice, as their own children were also patients. I haven't been disappointed, and what better recommendation could you get than from a place a doctor takes their kids too. I love Dr. Jenny Hoffman, she takes time with us and remembers my children and their interests (with a busy practice that means a lot) The staff is awesome too!

Our family is incredibly grateful for the compassionate Staff at Coastal Kids, Laguna Hills. Dr. Gordon has been exceptional to work with - she is kind, empathetic and brilliant. She is very knowledgeable and has helped us navigate through everything with our child. We trust her and that she has our child's best interest in mind, which is a big deal. I could not be happier with Coastal kids, and I am so grateful I chose this practice! Doctor Abelowitz is absolutely exceptional! He is warm, kind, and very knowledgeable. I always feel listened to, he always has great recommendations, and I feel as though he walks the perfect line between vigilant medical precautions and care with the realities of day to day parenting. Picking a pediatrician is a big deal and Coastal Kids is an amazing practice. ALL their doctors are amazing. We chose Dr. Nylander as our pediatrician. She is a wonderful doctor who always takes her time and listens to us. She helped us navigate all the "craziness" of having our first baby. What is great about Coastal Kids is you can see any doctor. They all work together and if your chosen pediatrician is not available when you need an appointment you can trust any doctor in the practice to give your baby the best possible... read more

Between being a first time parent and working full time it was almost impossible to find the time to review my child's pediatrician... but this review is well worth it! Truth be told It is hard to find someone you can really trust and be comfortable with your child's healthcare. That being said I 100% trust Dr.Phillips. Dr. Phillips truly cares about his patients on a personal level I know this to be true because I was his patient growing up. He would attend your graduation or wedding if you would invite him. My experience with Coastal Kids has been amazing. Specifically Sandy has been wonderful to work with. She has followed up with me multiple times, she has calmed my fears, she has helped me resolve an invoice and her kindness and professionalism has been outstanding. I can't say enough about Sandy specifically, but also the great experience I've had at the Laguna Hills office.

From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor, my visit today was amazing. We had a recent change of insurance from our pediatrician that we've loved, so leaving was hard. I had to see a pediatrician for some approvals for specialists and did a lot of research before finding Coastal Kids. We needed more time than average and I had two kids that needed to be seen.
