Dr.Nylander is amazing!! She is so nice and informative and sweet! By far an all around amazing experience . This is our first baby so we had so many first time parent questions and she was so nice and answered all of our concerns and went over everything we possibly needed to know! Also when I was a little concerned when my baby turned bright red at home (after office hours) I called the after hours number and they connected me to an on call doctor in less than maybe 2 minutes! Dr. Phillips has become like a member of our family. My daughter adores him, and we do too. We don't live very close to the office but I have never found a doctor that we like close to as much, so we commute for him. When we switched insurance we made sure that we found one that allowed us to see him. He is just a good, solid, nice person who happens to be a knowledgeable doctor. He cares about his patients and their health. He calls to check and see how my daughter is feeling if he has put her on antibiotics. I have ... read more
Absolutely love Dr Nylander. We followed her from her previous practice because quite frankly after experiencing a multitude of pediatricians, we realized it's worth it to follow someone when they are good to you. She takes the time to listen to concerns, remembers our kids, actually cares, and never rushes you. It's rare. Trust me. She's amazing
We started taking our little guy here once he was born and he is now almost 3 months old. We decided to go with Dr. Hoffman and she is AMAZING! She is so gentle, kind, and you can tell she loves children/babies. She is super helpful with any questions that I have or any concerns I may have had. I love that she is very "go with the flow" and if you want to have a specific vaccine schedule she is open to doing it! I've been bringing my stepkids to this "Fantasy Funland" that just so happens to have "Orange County's Top-Rated Pediatricians". Coastal Kids feels like family. We live in South County and have struggled to find a trustworthy practice that avoids bill hiking. Let's just say that our last practice must have specialized in rare illnesses. Ive been taking my 12 year old and my 4 year old to Coastal Kids for the past 2 years. Their offices are decorated very playfully and have plenty of room to sprawl out. They separate sick kids from well kids and I would say their offices and practices are very hygenic (a reason I left the last Pediatrics practice). The staff up front is very polite and on top of it. I would highly recommend Dr. Kristina Nylander; she is an excellent pediatrician who gives time and is kind to her patients. She has a lot experience and dedication. I brought my 2 boys to her and she gave us all the necessary time to answer all my questions and to examine them.
Coastal Kids has a few locations and they all offer same day appointments. The Laguna Hills location staff is always very attentive and friendly. Christina, Monique and Juanita are just a few of the ladies who are always extremely helpful. Reagen is great she removed a tiny object my son got in his ear last week. My children's Pediatrician's Dr. Abelowitz and Dr. Pertz are absolutely amazing.
