I started coming here for Dr. Harris , once again always an amazing experience with him I'm always telling friends about him he is amazing I wish I grabbed her name today but my nurse was also amazing never in my life have I seen someone give shots so fast my got 3 he is 6 months he cried for 6 seconds if that and then smiled at her I can only hope she is my nurse every single time well thank you so much for seeing my son today he had a great check up and I got such good advice from Dr. H on eating and some sleeping advice ... read more

We have been patients of this practice for the past 3 years, beginning when my first child was born. And we absolutely love it! The nurses and administrative staff are all helpful, and we absolutely love Dr Nylander and Dr Hoffman!! Best Doctors ever! They are calm, experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, great listeners, and they truly care about what the patient cares about. The staff is all extremely nice! Especially the nurses who weigh the baby and give the vaccines! The clinic however has an all-around feel of being really dirty and run down. I don't really like sitting on the chairs in the waiting room because they are pretty dingy. The exam rooms are also pretty dirty, the only reason I feel comfortable putting my baby on the exam table is because there is the paper covering it. Just wanted to say how wonderful the staff and Dr Phillips is such a great doctor and had been for years to all my children
1 year later and we still can't say enough good things about Dr. Phillips and his nurse Juana We are SO grateful with the care that Dr.Phillips and Juana have showed our babies who are now 3 and 2 years old. This flu season has been a rough one for our kids and Dr. Phillips, Juana and the staff at Coastal Kids have been so helpful. The front staff (Christina, Sandy and Victoria) have been so amazing in getting us in last minute to see the Doc when our kids have woken up so sick. 16 years later and Dr. Phillips is still my #1 pedestrian. I can't say enough about him other than he's simply THE BEST. He takes his time and answers all my questions during our office visit. Whenever I've called with a concern or question. Dr.Phillips has always gotten back to me so quickly. Juana, Dr. Phillips nurse is so sweet and always has a smile on her face. This place they are very nice and friendly they also have two waiting rooms they want to keep the sick kids from the ones that are not so I really like that sometimes you take your kids for a check up so that keeps you kids by getting sick from the other
We have been going to Dr. Philips for over a year now, he is the best! He takes his time to talk with us, answers all our "first time parent" questions. Our family appreciates him and the staff at the office. Nurse Juana is also amazing!
When we moved back to CA 9 years ago and had our 2nd baby we were referred to Dr. Phillips by a good friend. We now have 3 kids and we still could not be happier with our experience with him and the rest of the staff. Never once have we been turned away for a same day sick appointment. Dr. Phillps is so warm, talkative and welcoming. My children feel safe and comfortable with him, which is so important.
