We love Dr. Phillips! If you want a good and thorough doctor for your kids then he's your man!!!!
Dr. Phillips has been our pediatrician for 23 years. He has seen all three of my children and I have always felt we were in the best hands. Recently our youngest, 14, had a sports related injury and I was so glad that even after we moved 22 miles away we had stayed with his practice. Worth the drive. Great doctor!
Dr. Phillips came highly recommended to us from my brother and sister-in-law and we feel the same way. Dr. Phillips sees our son and our newborn daughter. He is knowledgeable, kind and thorough. Dr. Phillips listens to your questions and or concerns about your child and never invalidates you. He is collaborative and wants you as the parent to be a part of the solution. Can't say enough good things about this medical group. We've been taking our son here for 4 years and extremely pleased with the staff and doctors. Our 2nd kid (on the way) will be a patient too. Not sure if they are still taking new clients but if they are, you can't find a better place.
We were patients here for years, but after the practice was sold to private equity, the change has been impossible to ignore. What used to feel like a pediatric office now feels like a business focused on maximizing revenue. Getting an appointment is an exercise in frustration. Even reaching someone by phone is difficult, and when you do, you're often told there isn't any availability. This place is an absolute joke. The "pediatrician" that saw my son for a fever and constant pulling at his ear completely missed on diagnosing an ear infection. She claimed he had too much ear wax and couldn't see the eardrum and then dismissed us without coming to a complete diagnosis. This is patient neglect, and this office has no right to care for children.

Kim Isberto is absolutely amazing!! Took the time with our little one and is very knowledgeable. Office is clean and staff is attentive. Billing department is terrible- so many issues- takes months to resolve. Spent hours on the phone trying to resolve and there are still issues. One of the billing ladies is also not very nice.

This office is preventing me from getting a flu shot for my 7-year-old because he hasn't had his current birthday well check. However, he just had a well check recently when he was treated for strep, and he doesn't need any additional vaccinations. Why can't he get his flu shot here because of this? The office in Irvine doesn't have this rule, so I'm curious why the policy is different.

What a shame. My whole family( cousins included) have been patients of dr a below it's for 25 some odd years. Back when it was one office in Newport Beach. The corporate greed and lack of care has officially taken hold here. Multiple offices, revolving doors with staff and doctors, obviously unhappy staff that can care less about their jobs or their patients. I should have known better then to continue as a patient.
