I had an agreement with All Coast to move my household items. They were paid electronically up front, and stated there would be money due when they pick up my items. They also stated there will be no charge for tape, plastic wrap as well as blankets. I got charged for wrap. On the day of pick up, a third party received my items, not All Coast, and I was charged additional for 800 square ft, instead of 400 square ft, that All Coast quoted me. Dissatisfaction all around. The company false advertises and manipulates you to believe one thing and they do another. They do not verbalize or mention they are a 3rd Party company anywhere on their website or upon receiving an estimate. They sub-contract the work out to another moving company and they do not make you aware of who or what company will be showing up based in your area. This company shouldn’t be worked with by anyone, especially the geriatric community, we ordered a studio amount of cubic feet October 20th, had the pick up come October 22nd, late as everyone else has experienced, stated we had 400 more cubic feet left which would cost 2,000 now, wrong, we filled a 400 cubic foot U-Haul on our own with the same items if not more, we cancelled and couldn’t receive a refund on our deposit, once on the phone with the brokers they went on with curse words, disregard and disrespect when asked for... read more
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE TERRIBLE! You pay for what you get. Long story short...We were told they would be there to pick up on a Monday. Called and said they couldn't make it. Showed up a day later. Loaded the truck. Told us they would be to our destination on October 1st. Did not arrive until October 7th at 9pm. This was after 150 phone calls back and forth. Then, when they arrived, they told us that it would be yet another $500 to move the stuff from the truck to the apartment. Say what?! You are a moving company.... read more
All Coast Moving Group will do you dirty and keep your money when their own employees drop the ball. Very poor communication and a very unprofessional organization. I will never recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact I will go out of my way to let anyone or everyone that is moving to run from this company.
They are the worse, wish I had never contacted them. Nothing that I talked to ******* was followed thru. Estimate wasnt even close, and now Im told am going to have to pay a shuttle fee to get my things delivered. And they were told from the beginning that a semi couldnt make it to my house. It was also suppose to be brought straight here and not unloaded in some warehouse in *********.I would recommend either them or one of there subcontractors!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for your move! It is now about 5 months that we are still waiting for our daughter's belongings since our contracted move from ***** to ********. The *** of delivery was given of 3 weeks time frame from 5/20 pickup date to delivery between June 2nd to June 5th! At this point we are still waiting with multiple calls since and being told that we will receive a call 24 hrs before delivery and a number to contact for confirmation. Don't use these people !They charged me a large deposit,then wanted more money,before they did anything.THEY ARE RUNNING A **** !I am a senior I don't know if they scam everyone or just older people. I told them I wouldn't use them ,they said I don't get my deposit back.I am filling a complaint with BBB .they are a 0 star review.
THIEVES!!!!! I was hesitant at the start because this company although legit is not on the list of top movers in the country. After speaking with a what I thought was a nice knowledgeable man named ***** ******, he said he would be with us every step of the way.
