I did not have experience about brockers. they are fraud. they play with you and vacume the money. All coasr moving is totally fraud business. be aware and do not let them to charged any deposit.

If I could give a 0 I would. This company lies to get you to sign a contract. Then the moving company they outsource to shows up on the day of to move you, they know youre now in a bind and need to be moved, and the moving cost suddenly triples for more than expected cubic feet. Now I understand the initial contract is an estimate. However, we should not be quoted $15,000 on the signed contract but then charged $40,000 on the day to move. I absolutely wouldn't give this company even a single star, zero if possible! It's a complete sham, not a moving company but a lousy broker. They hook you up with the most unprofessional movers imaginable to handle your furniture. What's worse, this company is the epitome of dishonesty and scam. Was very disappointed in this company during all aspects of moving a family member across country. Was told to pick a date that we would like items delivered and scheduled time off to help. Waited around all day and no contact. We then contacted the company and told it would be **** business days. In addition we were told that a verified check was okay for pick up but not for delivery. THIS COMPANY QUOTED MY MOM A CERTAIN AMOUNT AND TOLD HER THAT SHE WOULD BE CHARGED THE *** WE CALLED AND WHEN HER STUFF WAS DROPPED OFF. I wish there were a score less than zero. These people are scum. They completely misrepresent who they are and what they do. This whole company is a scam. They present themselves as a moving company, but all they do is sell your stuff to an unknown 3rd party to be picked up and delivered. Then they claim no fault of their own when your stuff is missing and/or damaged. Save yourself the hassle, just ditch all your stuff and buy new when you move.
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Do not trust any quote from this company.We gave them a very detailed list of items to be moved and they gave us a quote. We paid a down payment.On moving day, an outside company that they hire showed up to the house, with a truck already half full of someone else's stuff, walked through the house for about a minute and stated that it was going be to much more space that quoted.
