DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are the most unethical and unprofessional company I have dealt with. When I first contacted them, I told them exactly how much we needed to move. They gave me a quote of 4 thousand. When I did a virtual walkthrough, it doubled the price and was told I needed a large truck. Well, today is moving day and they tell me all my items would not fit in the truck because they were given a lower amount of cubic feet required for my move. We did not add any items. I had to select a star rating, they DO NOT even deserve one star.I wish I would have come to this website before booking this moving company. They were absolutely the worst service I have used in my many moves over the years. By the end of the move, I was charged twice as much than quoted, dealt with 3 different moving companies with the constant changes of who was bringing my things, mansplained what 'afternoon' means when I asked for more of a window on timing for delivery, told I needed to check all 81 items in my garage ... read more
To be honest, if I could give a negative 5 stars, I would. Its been a complete disaster from the pick up day to the deliver day, mind you which is 30 days later when I was told it would be **** days. It showed to have done no good to give them an itemized list as the day of, they came and claimed it would cost more than double the amount to move everything; even after having to get rid of so much and leaving things last minute. One star would be too much of a compliment to pay to this deceptive group of con artists. My wife set up an out-of-state move and was made several promises by the representative at All Coast Moving Group. Over the next month, this company managed to fail to meet all of their guarantees, and instead price gauged us, insulted us over calls with customer service, and lost/stole our property during the move. Absolutely a crooked a** company. They quote you fake numbers and when the movers show up they ask for $500 more. Even though we were told SEVERAL times we were good for up to ******************************************************************************************************** tell you you're wrong.
AWFUL service. Came 5 hours late to pick up, promised me delivery in 2-4 days (i kept the messages as proof) and then emailed it would take at most 21 days. They showed up on the 21st day and when they unpacked, left all their trash on my floor for me to clean up. Called customer service and they were very rude and told me they couldnt do anything. They also broke several glasses and lost one of my shelves.
Terrible!!! They give you false information to get you to sign contract. Once they book you with actual movers, all the information/prices is VERY different. They purposely leave information out and lie. They told me "we will not give you fake price, then your price gets raised." Well that's exactly what happened. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I would believe all the complaints posted. Theyre refusing my deposit back when I cancelled the SAME DAY of booking. I also emailed my rep and it kicked back aa undeliverable, however I emailed the exact email address that emailed me? Scam artists.
I dont understand how they are still in business.. now that I see ****** these ppl were taken advantage of as we were.. they can only take cash on deliver .
