If I could give a negative number I would. Worst service ever. Didnt call with delivery window and tried to make me pay for a shuttle service for delivery. Initially said it was illegal for movers to drive their truck into DC and thus the need for a shuttle truck. It was a way for the company to collect another $400. Dishonest in marketing. **************** was not helpful. I ended up paying almost $400 more than bill to get 5 boxes a sofa and love seat and a few chairs moved. Stay away!!
22 days later and still waiting for my load. 10 hr move turns into 26 day NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY,NOTHING BUT another Internet ****.
They are very dishonest and charge alot of money. They don,t inform you they are a broker and when they get your money they don't return your calls. You have to do all the inventory and if it changes they wont return your calla and quality control also doesn't return calls. I only gave one star because I had no choice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
This company is a Scam Dont use them!!! The customer service is the worst!! I was quoted $1860 but when they came it changed to $3000 witch I had less than I told him and they refused to give me my deposit!!! Dont use them. They call you none stop for the deposit because you wont get it back if something went wrong.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM ALL COAST MOVING! This place is run by criminals. They spam fake reviews on ****** and all the moving websites to the point where you get a notice All of these reviews came from the same IP address. First of all, that should be illegal. Do I have to give them any star? Horrible scammers. ******************* (probably not his real name) was so nice. I questioned if he was lying to me. Assured me he was not, that he had a conscience. Sure he does. Their quote was $3500. When the slimy guys came to pack me, they said their truck was for 3 orders and my belongings would take the entire truck. Never trust this moving company. Once you finish your load, they won't respond to your emails/calls/texts. During quote process they will gather all your inventory details and provide estimates with lesser space, so that you book it. But when truck moving company arrives at your location, they will estimate the same inventory for more space, which increases your initial estimate amount. I dont even give this company 1/4 of a star. The customer service is the worst. In the beginning they get back to you in a timely manner and seem helpful. We were quoted $1986.51 and the day of the move we were told it would cost $8110.45. We couldnt believe how severely we were under quoted. They also came 2 days later than originally scheduled due to a truck breaking down . I was told on 10/28/22 by the agent ********************* that I needed to put $1825 down as a deposit for a move that would be a few months away and that I would get it back if the trip was cancelled. I contacted them 4 days later on 11/1/22 to cancel and they told me my request is outside the 72 hour cancellation window (by just a few hours, please note) and that they will not be refunding any of the deposit. I have just begun fighting this.BUYER BEWARE. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
