Thieves, thieves, thieves! Please take the negative reviews seriously, it WILL happen to you. Trust ****** as far as you can throw him. THEY ARE BROKERS! Bait and switch. Absolutely terrible company. Promised all kinds of things that they didn't deliver on. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Warning: Do not utilize this company. Why? They conduct ********** activities to lure customers in and keep deposits. This happened to me last May 2022. They kept my deposit after many attempts for me to cancel the contract within the required 3 day window pursuant to the contract. I filed a complaint with the Hillsborough Municipal Court in Florida. In my submission to the court I presented factual data showing how they ignored my attempts until the 3 day window expired. They never showed up in court (of course not, I had f... read more
Absolutely terrible. Moving quote seemed reasonable, but they over doubled the cost as the move got closer (I did not add any items). The communication was terrible. They lost one of my boxes, damaged items that are irreplaceable, charge 5% fee to use a credit card, and use a sketchy claims company for damages that offers pennies for damages. Very unprofessional. This company is full of unethical scammers. Poorly run. Rude staff. Stay away from this company.
The entire experience was awful as the staff are rude and have a tendency to cheat in each and every step of the moving process. On Day Of Packing: The estimated quote for the move they gave was $2047, however during delivery they charges double than what was quoted i.e $4113.00.When we asked for an estimated amount of packing they said 2 - **** hrs however they ended up taking 4 hrs. I would give them a 0 if i could. This company is something else. The sales rep i spoke to promised everything and refused me to go with another company. He kept lowering my quote to make me happy. I paid the deposit and just got the call from quality assurance and had a few things extra to add on. Do not use these people they quoted me **** and now telling me its gonna cost more I will never recommend anyone to this business and I will never use them again
I am very disatisfied with the serviced provided by *****************. i gave a list of items that were to be on the shipping list. For some reason all the items did not show up on the list which i feel it was done intentionally knowing that i would have to pay extra. I called to see what could be done. Avoid at all costs! I cancelled my move the day after I made a $2500 deposit, the sales **** ******* assured me she cancelled it and my refund would come in 5-7 days. She said he emailed the cancellations department on my behalf. 2 weeks later, no deposit refunded. I called them back after ****** refused to text or call me back, they said since "I" didn't email the cancellations, they would not refund my deposit.
