I wasted time booking an appointment for dryer duct cleaning for the $150 minimum, more than the actual cost of $129 only to find hidden at the end an extra $32 service charge. WTF? Service Charge? That should be disclosed in the initial estimate for the work and reeks of fraud.

I had my carpets cleaned in two rooms only, and I noticed after the Coit guy left that there was a large stain on the stairs that was not there before. When I called to have them come back out, I was told no one would be available for two and a half weeks! This was something that was their fault, and probably would have only taken a few minutes to fix- I feel they definitely could have squeezed me in sooner.

We used this company once to clean our family room rug and the technician ended up needing our help to load the rug into the van because the rug was too heavy for one person, and he did not have a second worker. We also had to call to find out the status and when they finally did arrive at our house, we told them that they had delivered the wrong rug. It was not a customer service experience that we want to repeat.

We wanted the ducts cleaned in our house and in my daughters house who lives around the corner from us. Coit told us that they'd come and inspect the house ducts and then they could give me a quote and schedule me a month later. It was house ducts cleaning we wanted. We didn't want them to install ducts or repaint our house. We just want to clean ducts waiting for a month and they have to come twice. We went on COIT's website, put in information about some tile and stone cleaning we wanted done, got an estimate of less than $500, put in our credit card information as required, and made an appointment. We assumed that when the technician showed up, the work would be done that day, and so had cleared out bathrooms, rolled up rugs, etc to be ready. We had received an estimate for Coit to clean our carpets along with window blinds and clean/seal granite countertops which we approved. When serviceperson arrived, he informed me that he only had an order to clean the carpets. I contacted Coit to ask for an explanation as to why the blinds, granite counters were not included. I received a call thereafter from a supervisor who apologized for their error and offered a 50% discount for balance of work, which I rejected. Don't use these people. I only booked them because Stanley Steemer (a wonderful, professional company that I would recommend) could not do they cleaning that I needed. Coit employees are NOT reliable -- they just completely messed up my entire work schedule by showing up over four hours late! They were supposed to be to my place for a simple cleaning of only one piece of furniture between 10-12pm. They showed up at 2:13pm, as I was on my way out the door, after giving up on them. Mediocre at best.... I PAID 550.00 for the top of the line package for 4 small furnished rooms and a hall. The sales rep could not answer all my queations and said the tech would explain... On claening day... The tech claimed he was a supervisor and immediately started making statements about how good he was and how much expience ha has etc... Do not waste your time with Coit. I waited 1.5 weeks for an appointment to simply clean my upholstery. I let management know when making the arrangements my address in San Francisco. I rearrange the scheduled times three times today alone to accommodate the cleaners. Technician arrived and refused to do the job. He said it's very challenging in San Francisco to find parking.
