Chun is truly fenomenal!! I can honestly say that without his help it wouldn’t have been possible to purchase our forever home. I didn't know Jake prior to two recent sales transactions. Jake did an exceptional job throughout the process and is the best realtor with whom I've worked. Attention to detail and follow-through were excellent; communication was first-rate and timely; experience and knowledge were solid; and Jake was congenial, with a good sense of humor, yet always professional. Jake consistently provided sound advice and did a good job of smoothing speed bumps (including those stemming from my own anxiety). Really, I can't say enough positive things about Jake and will use him on any future transactions.
