Jake was instrumental in the selling of our mother’s home. He showed high quality professionalism in all aspects of the sell. He made sure that everyone in the family understood his procedures to successfully selling the home. He listed the house on a Monday, showed it on the following Thursday and sold it. The asking price that he had suggested was spot on.
