Nathan is so patient and answered all my questions. As a first home buyer, I was a little nervous cos I knew nothing about home purchase. Jake was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire house selling process! He analyzed the market value of our home accurately and marketed it appropriately. Once we accepted an offer, he was instrumental in handling the scheduling of vendors to take care of inspection issues to ensure that there were no interruptions for closing. Jake was very helpful and knowledgeable with the whole house purchasing process. If there was a time he didn't know the answer to our questions, which wasn't often, we was able to get an answer for us quickly. He was very reliable and on time for all the appointments we had with him and gave us timely updates on the progress of our offers.

Rick Maurmann was an excellent realtor, and I will definitely ask to work with him again if I purchase another house. Rick was prompt, knowledgeable, and flexible, which made working with him easy.
