We listed our home with Lacey in Salem and were in the process of remodeling it from a rental nightmare. Since we lived out of state finding workers to remodel was a difficult task. Due to the inspection report results there were several issues that needed tto be resolved. Rick negotiated all of them with the seller via the seller's agent. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction. This was our second purchas thru Rick. We would not consider doing business with anyone else. Additionally the Coldwell Bankers home warantee is a hugh plus.

I would highly recommend Jesse Neumann if your buying or selling a home anywhere in the Salem/Keizer area. Jesse did a great job helping us purchase our new home here in south Salem. He was always very quick to respond to any calls or text's. Jesse is also a very good negotiator. His skills were essential in getting our home at a price that made sense to us. He kept us up to date on our transaction in a very timely manner.

Daniel was absolutely invaluable to our home purchase in Oregon while we were living south of Oregon. The man knows his business!!! He is all of what you would expect and more. He is the best at communicating, his response time to calls, texts, and emails are almost always instantly. Chun made me feel as if I was his only client to focus on. THAT'S HUGE!!!. Every step of the process, I felt I understood and was very much apart of. He helped to make the whole experience seem "Easy... Like Sunday morning" When you love your job, it shows!!!
