April and Brian were an AWESOME team and were there for us every time we needed them from beginning to end. There were a lot of issues caused by the seller in our transaction and April handled then all with grace and managed to work out every problem very well. Debi did an excellent job of helping us buy and sell homes simultaneously and have both happen with the overlap we desired. Looking back, it is almost miraculous that we were able to sell our home and not relinquish it until a week after we started moving into our new home (to allow time to move a 27 year accumulation of possessions). We didn’t get quite as much as we expected for the house we sold, but the convenience of the transaction was more important than getting the maximum sales price.
Cody is a wonderful real estate agent. He is very knowledgeable, persistent and very easy to get a hold of. He is so friendly, and makes you feel like the top priority. I definitely recommend him as your agent.
Jesse was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He did what he said he was going to do. If he said he'll meet me at 9:00, he was always early! He went the extra mile by making sure that I was satisfied. He answered my text messages quickly and thoroughly. If there was a question he couldn't answer, he would always get back to me. I've worked with a lot of realtors. Jesse is definitely top notch!
If there was a word that meant amazing to the tenth power, that would be Cody! We met him due to a listing he had. Even though that wasn’t the house for us, we found a gem of a Realtor. Katie was very optimistic from the beginning to end and knew what she was talking about. Was quick to answer any and all questions she could and if she didn't have the answers she found them and responded quickly. This was a very long and tedious 203k loan but she stayed patient and positive through the whole thing even when I didn't.
