Nathan is so patient and answered all my questions. As a first home buyer, I was a little nervous cos I knew nothing about home purchase. If there was a time he didn't know the answer to our questions, which wasn't often, we was able to get an answer for us quickly. Rick Maurmann was an excellent realtor, and I will definitely ask to work with him again if I purchase another house. Rick was prompt, knowledgeable, and flexible, which made working with him easy.
