Liliana was essential for our buying and selling experience! She always responded right away to texts, calls, emails, etc. When the first sale fell through on the house we were selling, threatening the purchase we had in progress, she had the house re-listed and an accepted offer (for our asking price!) the next day... all while we were out of state! She’s awesome!
We chose Rick Maurmann because Dad had used him years ago, and he sure could pick a good one. Also Ricks photo skills showed the house and property to a tee. He is a straight shooter and would recommend him and his team to anyone.
