Daniel helped us buy our dream home. He gave us incredible advise on how much to offer, and why. Debi did an excellent job of helping us buy and sell homes simultaneously and have both happen with the overlap we desired. Looking back, it is almost miraculous that we were able to sell our home and not relinquish it until a week after we started moving into our new home (to allow time to move a 27 year accumulation of possessions). We didn’t get quite as much as we expected for the house we sold, but the convenience of the transaction was more important than getting the maximum sales price.
