I can't overstate how positive my experiences with Brian have been. He's helped me with three transactions over the years, buying a home, selling a home and most recently (2016) buying a lot on which to build. I have been knowing Chris since the beginning of the first phase of houses being sold in Woodburn back in 2013. Chris never forgot about me and kept me updated all along the way. Chris was great to work with. He responded quickly, had answers, or got them right away. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. There was never any pressure in the buying process, we found our home with his help and will definitely call him when we are ready to sell and buy again. We have referred multiple family members to him and they had an excellent buying experience through Chris as well.

Realtor embodies excellence in professional knowledge and expertise. I would consider Katie a true subject matter expert that easily dilineates the real estate process for people like me that are considered lay in realm of selling a house. She was precise in her accuracy of the house listing cost as well as the detailed photographs that were taken. Our home sold much faster than expected due to her persistence and steadfast work ethic. I give Katie my absolute highest recommendation as a realtor.

Chris has been my realtor for 16 years now. I have purchased 3 houses through him and sold 2 during that time. He has been a great realtor since I was 23 and nervously buying my first place all the way through today. I have complete trust in him that he is there for me and making sure I get the best deal I can. I won’t use any other realtor. I would recommend him to anyone.
