Chun was great to work with! His response time was impeccable. Being noc shift nurses he would pick up the phone in the middle of the night if need be. He made the process of being first time home buyers go very smoothly. Will work with him again!

Rick and his team are miracle workers! My father passed away unexpectedly and we needed to move my Mom closer to me, in a different state. Due to some neglect and the condition of the home, I knew there would be a great deal of work to do to get the home past inspection and ready to sell. We were out of state buyers and met Rick several times before buying a home in a specific area of Salem. I found Rick listen to what criteria we wanted in a home. What impressed my wife and I about Rick was he knew the area very well and one home that we had an interest in, he gave us solid reasons not to buy and for this he put us first instead of just selling us a home that would not be to our liking. We simply found Rick on the Internet and read his biography indicating he has been in real estate for a long time.

Chun was a tremendous help for our first home buying experience! He was very patient with our newbie questions, and always responded quickly to any calls, texts, or emails we sent!
