We interacted with Rick several times over 3 years waiting for the market to come back before listing with him. He performed several CMA's over that time and was always willing to help again, even when we weren't ready to list. Rick was always responsive and timely, and did what he said he'd do. Chun was great to work with! His response time was impeccable. Being noc shift nurses he would pick up the phone in the middle of the night if need be. He made the process of being first time home buyers go very smoothly. Will work with him again!

Rick and his team are miracle workers! My father passed away unexpectedly and we needed to move my Mom closer to me, in a different state. Due to some neglect and the condition of the home, I knew there would be a great deal of work to do to get the home past inspection and ready to sell.
