Chun Truong is a personable and professional agent. He pays close attention to detail. During the listing and sale process, he assisted me in a transaction of a challenged hillside lot in West Salem, Oregon. I noted that his written and verbal skills were exceptional. I would certainly use his services again and would recommend him to other clients.

We can't thank Daniel enough! My fiancé and I are in love with our new home, it's honestly the PERFECT home near Happy Valley. Did I mention that he sold our home in less than a week as well? I'm still in awe that we were able to find a home in this crazy market. Daniel was very kind to even dedicate his weekend driving up from Salem to show us listings all over the place. Chun was very responsive, he would text or email within minutes of my questions. This was our first time buying a home and he made it so easy. We never felt pressured but rather always informed. He is professional but also extremely approachable. I highly recommend Chun Truong.

Chun worked with us to buy our first home. There were many obstacles we encountered through the whole process, but chun was always there with an idea to help us get through this experience. No matter if on vacation or late at night, if we needed help he was there. I would definitely reccomend him for someone looking for a personable, extremely responsive realtor, chun is the man. We will go through him again if we ever decide to buy another home

We should have bought a lottery ticket the day we met Jake! After losing our father, then having to clean up the mess his estate was in, my brother and I were pretty lost! Jake truly was our knight in shining armor! Fun to work with he gave us good sound advise, walking us through every step without ever missing a beat!
