We were out of state buyers and met Rick several times before buying a home in a specific area of Salem. I found Rick listen to what criteria we wanted in a home. What impressed my wife and I about Rick was he knew the area very well and one home that we had an interest in, he gave us solid reasons not to buy and for this he put us first instead of just selling us a home that would not be to our liking. We simply found Rick on the Internet and read his biography indicating he has been in real estate for a long time.

Chun was a tremendous help for our first home buying experience! He was very patient with our newbie questions, and always responded quickly to any calls, texts, or emails we sent! Even though our purchase took a weird path because of the financing process and some delays there, Chun was with us every step of the way, and I highly recommend his services.

We would highly recommend Rick and his assistant Janet. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He helped us purchase a house for our son and if my husband and I were to relocate from S. California, we would certainly enlist his help again.

Chun is very responsive and knows how to get things done. He had good knowledge of the market in different areas of Salem, where we were looking. It helps to ask him specific questions or you can just say "what else should I know or ask" and he will have good information or suggestions. Chun was also responsive after the sale if we had questions and I consider him a good contact and reference for suggestions on new home ownership too.

Chun was great to work with. He would promptly respond to our emails and was always available to show us a house. We ended up meeting with him within 20 minutes of a home coming on the market...we are now proud owners of that home. We will definitely use him again in the future.
