Chris sold our old home and sold us a new home 3 1/2 years ago. He has just sold my mother's house for us. We had multiple offers within less than a week's time and the house sold for $2000 over the asking price. Chris is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. He's honest and he's given us good direction during the buying and selling process. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who is buying or selling a house.

Daniel is extremely helpful. He is never pushy. We told him what we were looking for and in what price range and he found us options. He was always willing to meet with us (even in the WORST weather) and was very patient as we asked lots of questions. He made the entire process understandable, quick and fairly easy. I would highly recommend him.
