Chun did a lot of work behind the scene to negotiate on behalf of myself as buyer on a bank foreclosed home that from all accounts looked to be a bit troublesome. Chun was calm, balanced, added some humor and a very fresh perspective to make the process a great one!

Nydrie did an exceptional job guiding us through the home buying process - our first time. We had an unusual issue with our financial institution not accepting the appraisal, but Nydrie was on it and we were able to close on our home, after we were told it wouldn't happen by the lender. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nydrie!

Nydrie helped me purchase my first home. As a young single female at the time, I was initially intimidated by the process, but with Nydrie's help, I was able to navigate the process smoothly and confidently. Nydrie was such a wonderful person to be with during our house hunting. She made each experience fun, delightful and made sure if each home felt like "home" to us. She's very patience, as dealt with us for two and a half years and every time we found listings that spark our interests (didn't matter what time) we'll send them to her in email and expect to hear from her the next 'business day' but on some days within the same day/late-night, we'll hear from her on quick status updates.
