Daniel is extremely helpful. He is never pushy. We told him what we were looking for and in what price range and he found us options. He was always willing to meet with us (even in the WORST weather) and was very patient as we asked lots of questions. He made the entire process understandable, quick and fairly easy. I would highly recommend him.

Rick was patient and responsive to concerns. He was very professional and a good negotiator for those important details that come up between the initial offer date and the final closing date. I would highly recommend him and his staff. He even worked for us when he was on Christmas vacation.

We purchased our first home with Daniel's help, he is very efficient and answers every questions right away even in the middle of the night. If he is not sure, he will find it out for us. My family and I were returning to the Pacific Northwest, for a new job, from a brief stay in the Midwest. Sam has helped Pacific National Development, Inc sell many homes over the years. Most recently, Sam has helped us close homes in the $350-$400K range. We have used him for lesser priced homes, in addition to higher priced, custom houses. He works with an assistant who is available to send documents, or to help if Sam is in the field with customers. After interviewing 3 Real Estate Agents, we decided to have Nydrie list my Mother's beautiful home in Salem. My mother for health reasons had moved up here to TIgard. Nydrie arranged for workers to get the house in shape and did so much to get the house in condition to list. She was always in touch with her and giving us updates. I don't think there would another agent that would have done all the things that Nydrie did for my Mother. We were very pleased with her and would highly recommend her to take care of your needs.
