Chun was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were looking into buying. He took our criteria for purchasing and showed us many relevant homes. He responded to all our inquiries in a very timely manner. He listened to all our concerns and made sure to ask for everything we wanted when negotiating price and repairs.
